Αφού υποστήριξε πως η Νάπολι είναι η ομάδα που παίζει το καλύτερο ποδόσφαιρο αυτή την στιγμή στην Ευρώπη, ο Βιντσέντσο Μοντέλα τόνισε πως η Μίλαν είναι σε θέση να κάνει τη ζημιά στην ομάδα του Σάρι. 


«Ίσως η Νάπολι να παίζει το καλύτερο ποδόσφαιρο στην Ευρώπη αλλά είμαι πεπεισμένος πως μπορούμε να τους χτυπήσουμε», είπε αρχικά και στη συνέχεια αφού αναφέρθηκε στα όπλα της ομάδας του Σάρι αναφέρθηκε στα επόμενα παιχνίδια των ροσονέρι λέγοντας: «Ψάχνουμε την ταυτότητά μας.
